What file sizes and resolutions do you recommend for good quality prints?

The following chart show the print sizes that we supply online and the minimum recommended file size for a good quality print. The better the resolution and file size the better the end result.

What are your shipping and delivery details?

Shipping will be by royal mail and delivery time is normally 7 working days from order confirmation.

What is your refund policy?

If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your money. If you need to return goods, please contact us within three working days of receipt of your order with details of the complaint. Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
